Mother memories of you will stay in my heart forever. You were loving, kind, funny, full of energy, organised to a 'T' you had great determination and most of all you were my best friend. The last few years have been heart wrenching as Alzheimers slowly took your memory away and the ability to string a sentence together. Then you were cruelly taken away from us after only seeing you a handful of times in the last year. I will be thinking if you with great love for the rest of my days. Megan, our loving, caring and one in a million grandmother. We were so lucky to have you as our grandma and will remember the happy times that you brought us throughout our childhood and early adult years. You taught us a lot from keeping active and being resourceful to your kind and placid nature which you have passed on through the family. So sorry that Alzheimer’s took away so much of your brilliant character towards the end but you still managed to make us laugh and smile as you always did. Hope you’re doing oochaboys up there and dancing with Grandad again. Our special memories of you will live on and you’ll be forever in our thoughts. My loving, caring, kind, fun loving and unique mother. I feel so sad and cheated that you were taken from us without being able to hold your hand and say goodbye. Thank you mam for everything you taught me, the love and care you gave, the sacrifices you made that I can never repay and all the laughter and good times we shared. I hope I can find some of your strength to continue without you in my life and as you would say ‘get on with it’. My lovely mam who was so active, strong, independent, loved to dance, loved to laugh and loved her family - Thank you so much for all the things you taught me to make me a strong independent person too. So sad Alzheimer's took away your independence but you laughed and smiled till the end and everyone who met you will always remember you. Love you forever Sharon xxx

Mother, You are with the angels now it was time to say goodbye yet still it's hard to hide the pain no matter how we try. For you were such a special mother with lots of love to share and knowing you're no longer here is very hard to bear.
